Product Description
Nutrizyme® LTAA (low-temperature
α-amylase) [EC 3.2.1.1] is produced by submerged fermentation of Bacillus
subtilis followed by purification and formulation. In animals it is the major
digestive enzyme for starch conversion. The enzyme is used to help better
digest starch or as a dietary supplement for animals with insufficient
endogenous amylases.
