Product Description
Nutrizyme® AG2,
alpha-Galactosidase is made by submerged fermentation of Trichoderma spp.
followed by separation and formulation. It is used to remove anti-nutrient
factors, such as raffinose and stachyose to solve digestion problems. The
product is also capable of hydrolyzing galactomannans synergistically with
mannase, decreasing intestinal viscosity and improving the digestion and
absorption of nutrients. Alpha-Galactosidase is a kind of multifunctional
growth promoter because it can improve the secretion of insulin-like growth
factor I (IGF-I), promoting the synthesis of protein and increase the lean meat
percentage.
