Acid Protease (APRS) is produced by submerged fermentation of Aspergillus niger followed by
purification, formulation and drying. The enzyme
catalyzes the hydrolysis of protein under acid condition. The main applications
cover alcohol fermentation, leather softening, wool dyeing, juice clarification
and feed additives, etc.
